A recruiting profile is the foundation of the college baseball recruiting process. It introduces your child to college coaches and communicates their academic and athletic qualifications.

What to Include

A complete recruiting profile includes contact information, academic information (GPA, test scores, graduation year), athletic information (position, height, weight, key measurables), statistics from recent seasons, a highlight video link, and references.

The Highlight Video

The highlight video is the most important component. College coaches watch hundreds of videos and make quick decisions. Your video should be 3-5 minutes maximum, organized by skill, high quality, and focused on your child's best moments.

Reaching Out to Coaches

Once your profile is complete, reach out directly to coaches at schools your child is interested in. A brief, professional email introducing your child and expressing interest is the right approach. Follow up if you do not hear back.
